As a 100% employee-owned company, every single person on our team has a vested interest in creating a work environment where people thrive. And that is because this is our company, we all own a part of the business. So, while we work hard to ensure that our clients enjoy partnering with us, we also want our team members to enjoy coming to work every day. Our activities committee creates fun events throughout the year, we get together for the occasional happy hour after work, or we participate in local events like the Des Moines Corporate Games.
Our office and manufacturing facility are deeply rooted on the east side of Des Moines and giving back to our community is close to our heart. You’ll find our employee owners volunteering for various organizations throughout the Des Moines metro area.
When I started working at Corporate Image, I immediately realized that they had a special chemistry amongst the employees. I didn’t know much about employee ownership at the time, but I quickly understood what a difference that makes in the way you think about your work place. Being an ESOP is one of the best things about Corporate Image – outside of the fact that we make amazing products!
